Today, through Valley Ventures, I partner with leaders who are looking to scale smarter, operate better, and create lasting enterprise value.
My Story
Built in the Arena
I didn't build my career from the sidelines.
I built it inside organizations where growth targets were real, customer expectations were rising, and every decision carried financial and operational consequences.
Over the last 20+ years, I've led teams across telecommunications, technology, real estate, and customer-driven businesses—managing large P&Ls, scaling organizations of thousands, and helping companies navigate everything from rapid growth to operational reinvention.
I've served in executive leadership roles at organizations including AT&T, Altice USA, and Progress Residential, leading initiatives spanning revenue growth, operational transformation, digital modernization, workforce strategy, customer experience, and enterprise value creation.
Throughout that journey, one lesson became clear:
The biggest breakthroughs rarely come from strategy alone. They come from leaders who can connect vision with execution.
That belief ultimately led me to launch Valley Ventures.
